In June 2012 the woman of Los Coipos celebrated with a barbecue the closure of a training course conducted by Sernam, to support female entrepreneurs. During several months they received training in order to improve their competences in productivity, competitiveness, quality, innovation, diversification and marketing of their products. This was a national pilot program operating in rural and urban areas.
Congratulations to all of the ladies that have participated!
